Description

Air-Weigh QuickLoad scales feature a patented dual-point calibration system, coupled with several unique proprietary technologies that allow customers to accurately know their specific axle weights at the loading site.

QuickLoad works on tractors with air drive suspensions and most trucks with leaf spring steer axles and air suspension drive axles. Air sensors measure pressure in the air bags, and deflection sensors measure flex for axles with leaf spring suspensions. The scale converts the sensor measurements into accurate on-the-ground weights. When it is properly calibrated and used, QuickLoad is accurate within 1% for air ride suspensions and is within 2-3% for mechanical.

The QuickLoad offers innovative features including; two programmable weight alarm outputs, and PIN protected calibration. Quickload can be installed as an in-dash display or on a mounting pod to easily read weights.

Air-Weigh was founded in 1987 after we saw a need within the trucking industry and decided to build a solution. At that time, the main concern was that of individual truckers, hoping to avoid expensive fines while still transporting the maximum load allowed.

Over the last thirty years, times and technologies have changed. We have gone from ordering out of a Sears catalog to shopping on our cell phones and expecting next day delivery. Giant companies rely heavily on fleets of trucks to bring goods to their customers quickly.
